Hello

I’ve always had a connection with baking, whether it was making homemade merengues with my grandmother when I was a little girl or baking key lime pies for my cousin’s restaurant when I was in college. Baking has been woven throughout different chapters of my life. I started making sourdough with the intention of providing my family with good bread made with simple ingredients. Soon after, I had so many requests for bread that I decided to start offering it to my community. Then cookies followed shortly after, and so on. I never imagined the incredible amount of encouragement and support that I would receive from my friends and neighbors. It’s been heartwarming and uplifting. I appreciate each one of you who has supported me in one way or another, and most especially my family who has made this dream come true.
